Glow Backgrounds - Wallpapers! App Reviews

This app is mostly useful for turning landscapes into portraits so they can fit on a smart device without re-sizing. The only critique I would say is that it would be better if the images could be panned before edited so you could centralize the photo for home screen. Other than that, pretty useful app.

Purchased so my apps would have glowing outline. DOES NOT LINE UP WITH APPS, not even close. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU WANTS APPS TO HAVE GLOW. Rest of app is nice, but not what it said it was.

This app was great clear up until the removed the option to not have a pattern over the picture. The wallpapers are great. But the patterns just dont always look good in a certain situation.
